Once at the airport we found ourselves in a group of hundreds of motorcycles.
Plenty of time was spent socializing while waiting for the troops to arrive.
Then we were informed that the plane in the distance was
the Marines arriving. Everyone cheered and clapped hands
to welcome them.
When we recieved the word that the Marines were exiting the airport in three buses we started the bikes and prepared to
leave. A special moment was while we were waiting in line for the ride and the three buses appeared everyone waved.
Having reached the Delta Plex, the Marines were greeted by hundreds of well wishers.
A big Thank you to Cindy Teater,
Karen Mills and Bill White for the
pictures of this event.
